Starting the trip to Africa

Our photographer at the SLC airport was not very skilled...

On the plane ready for 30 hours of travel.
Marilynn, Michelle, and KathyWe spent 8.5 hours right here from Minneapolis to Amsterdam, then another 8 hours from Amsterdam to Nairobi, and finally an hour from Nairobi to Mombassa. Ugh

In Kenya, we stayed at the beautiful Shimba Hills Lodge - it was like being part of Swiss Family Robinson and living in a tree.
